• Merchants: Provide safe, quality food and accurate menu information.

4. Payments & Fees

• CamotesGo collects payments and deducts service fees.

• Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Account Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate this Agreement.

• Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

• Repeatedly receive poor ratings or complaints.

6. Liability Disclaimer

CamotesGo is a platform only. We are not responsible for:

• Accidents or damages caused by drivers.

• Food quality or safety from merchants.

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
